• Maintain large and small format digital devices.
• Monitor for high quality of color output.
• Completes paperwork for the billing process.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problematic machines and customer complaints.
• Performs other duties and tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Ability to read, write and speak English; the ability to make arithmetic computations at a level appropriate to the duties of the position. Experience equivalent to 1-2 years of direct services. Thorough knowledge of materials and equipment utilized in duplicating and digital processes. Knowledgeable in application files and printing solutions. Must be able to carry, move, and or lift up to 50 lbs of material. Must attend required training and re-attend periodically as directed. Team oriented and flexible. Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and meet deadlines. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Travel required with short notice, within the tri-state area. Car provided – must have valid drivers license with clean record.
Compensation: $15.00 to $18.00 depending on experience. Health insurance and 401k options offered.
